I help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, feel more at home in themselves, and find space to simply be. My approach is gentle, focused, grounded, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to look a certain way. It just has to feel true.
In our sessions, I hold space for whatever is present for you: stress, fatigue, chronic patterns, emotions you haven’t had time to process. I’ll meet you with care, intuition, and the tools of Chinese medicine to support your whole system, not just your symptoms. I bring both clinical training and deep listening to every session
I am a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (ABORM), a certification that reflects advanced training and demonstrated expertise in reproductive health and fertility support.

Q+A
What Inspired you to become an acupuncturist?
Working as an office manager in an Integrative Family Practice in San Francisco in the 00s, I became curious about Acupuncture as one of the MDs there began her studies in Chinese medicine and would occasionally practice on me if I complained about a headache or stress. Eventually I sought treatment outside my work environment and received treatment for many years before deciding to embark on my own studies in Berkeley at AIMC. The first time I had an acupuncture treatment, something inside me unlocked. I wasn’t sure what it was at the time, but I knew something had changed within me, and it was Big. I wanted to offer that feeling of transformation to others, though I wasn’t sure how or where or when. That moment has lead me beyond my wildest dreams!
What is something you love helping patients with?
Connecting the dots. Helping people learn more about how the body works, its timing, seasons, & cycles, and how validating that information can be within the framework of what someone may be experiencing in their life.
What are your self-care rituals and practices?
Dance fitness (The Dance Floor on Solano Ave), Pilates (Plank + Power on San Pab), hikes on El Cerrito Hillside and Tilden Park (faves), cooking, connection with friends and family, soul-searching, and deep rest.
