I help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, feel more at home in themselves, and find space to simply be. My approach is gentle, grounded, tuned-in, and rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to look a certain way. It just has to feel true.

In our sessions, I hold space for whatever is present for you: stress, fatigue, chronic patterns, emotions you haven’t had time to process. I’ll meet you with care, intuition, and the tools of Chinese medicine to support your whole system, not just your symptoms.
